Course Description:      

a) Theory of linear Estimation: Lin_ear..8· non linear regression models, multiple comparison for mean & dispersion in normal population, Least Square estimation of location and scale parameters.

b) Linear Models; Regression models, General expectation model, classification of model functional relationship model, structural relationship model and covariance model.

c) Multicollinearity & influence ‘measure in regression analysis, Ridge regression, Estimation of ordinary straight line when both variables are subject to errors.

Course Review:

The idea of this course is to give a perspective about linear and non-linear regression models, general expectation model, classification of model functional relationships, structural relationship model and covariance model, multiple comparison for mean and dispersion in normal population, least square estimation of location and scale parameters, multicollinearity and influence measure in regression analysis, Ridge regression,  assessment of ordinary straight line when both variables are  focus to errors.
